01 - I Know (Crown Chakra)

This position reflects the situation from the Subject's perspective and what they already understand about it. It represents conscious awareness, personal insight and the beliefs they currently hold.

The card in this position can reveal how self-aware the Subject is and whether they have fully acknowledged the reality of their circumstances. Some cards may suggest clarity and acceptance, while others may indicate denial, avoidance or an incomplete understanding of what is really happening.

When interpreting this card, consider whether the Subject's understanding is helping them move forward or preventing them from seeing the wider picture.

02 - I See (Third Eye Chakra)

*This position reflects how the Subject perceives the situation and the way they interpret what is happening around them. While the Crown Chakra position explores what the Subject believes they know, this card reveals how they are viewing events and whether they are seeing them clearly.

Readers should pay particular attention to the relationship between the *I Know* and *I See* positions. Are they aligned, or is there a difference between what the Subject believes to be true and how they are interpreting the situation?

This card can reveal insight, intuition and clarity, but it may also highlight misconceptions, assumptions or a reluctance to see something as it truly is. When interpreting this position, consider whether the Subject is viewing the situation objectively or through the lens of fear, hope, expectation or past experience.

03 - I Speak (Throat Chakra)

This position reflects what the Subject is expressing to the outside world through their words, actions and behaviour. It reveals how they are communicating their thoughts, feelings and intentions to the people around them.

The card in this position can help the Reader understand whether the Subject is being honest and authentic in their interactions, or whether they are withholding important truths from themselves or others. In some cases, it may highlight a fear of speaking openly, while in others it can reveal confidence, clarity and a willingness to be heard.

When interpreting this card, compare it with the I Know and I See positions. Does what the Subject communicates align with what they know and perceive, or is there a disconnect between their inner understanding and the face they present to the world? The answer can provide valuable insight into both the situation and the Subject's role within it.

04 - I Love (Heart Chakra)

This position reflects the people, relationships and connections that matter most to the Subject. It explores where their heart truly lies and what they value, cherish and care about most deeply.

Unlike the I Feel position, which focuses on emotions and reactions, I Love is concerned with enduring bonds, compassion, trust and the capacity to give and receive love. The card in this position may highlight an important relationship, a source of support, or an area where healing and forgiveness are needed.

When interpreting this card, consider how it relates to the Subject's wider situation. Does it reveal a relationship that is helping them move forward, or one that may be creating challenges? Does it suggest openness and connection, or distance and protection? Comparing this card with the I Feel position can often reveal the difference between what the Subject truly values and how they are emotionally responding to their circumstances.

05 - I Can (Solar Plexus Chakra)

This position reflects what the Subject believes they can achieve, overcome or influence within their current situation. It reveals their sense of personal power, confidence and ability to take action.

The card in this position can highlight both opportunities and obstacles. It may show where the Subject feels empowered and capable, or where self-doubt, fear or a lack of confidence is limiting their progress. In some cases, the greatest challenge may not be the situation itself, but the Subject's belief in their ability to deal with it.

When interpreting this card, consider how the Subject's perception of their own capabilities is affecting their choices and behaviour. Does the card suggest confidence, determination and resilience, or does it point towards hesitation and uncertainty? This position often provides valuable insight into self-esteem, motivation and the willingness to take responsibility for creating change.

06 - I Feel (Sacral Chakra)

This position reflects the Subject's emotional response to their situation and the feelings that are influencing their actions, relationships and decisions. It reveals what is happening beneath the surface, often highlighting emotions that may not be immediately obvious to either the Subject or those around them.

Unlike the I Love position, which focuses on enduring relationships and deeper connections, I Feel explores the Subject's current emotional state. The card may reveal joy, passion and enthusiasm, or it may point towards frustration, disappointment, fear or emotional exhaustion.

When interpreting this card, consider the strength and direction of the emotions being experienced. Does the Subject have the emotional energy to move forward, or are they feeling overwhelmed by their circumstances? Are their feelings supporting their growth, or preventing them from seeing the situation clearly? Understanding the emotional landscape revealed by this position can often provide valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities shown throughout the rest of the reading.

07 - I Have (Base Chakra)

This position reflects the Subject's physical reality and their perception of the foundations upon which their life is built. It relates to practical matters such as home, work, finances, health, security and the resources available to them.

The card in this position can reveal whether the Subject feels grounded, stable and supported, or whether uncertainty and insecurity are affecting their ability to move forward. It may highlight areas of abundance and strength, or draw attention to concerns that need to be addressed before further progress can be made.

When interpreting this card, consider whether the Subject feels they are thriving or simply surviving. Are their foundations strong enough to support their current situation and future ambitions? Comparing this position with I Can and I Feel can often reveal whether the Subject's practical circumstances are aligned with their confidence, emotional wellbeing and ability to create positive change.

As the final position in the spread, I Have helps bring the reading back to the physical world, reminding us that insight, intention and emotion must ultimately be supported by strong foundations if lasting growth and fulfilment are to be achieved.
